James Townsend

James serves as Commercial Roofing Consultant for Arrington, providing professional advice to our commercial customers on flat roof assemblies, green roofs, vegetative roofs, photovoltaic solar panel installation, energy conservation methods and the inspection/evaluation of existing roof assemblies.

James received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas in 1991 and has over twenty years of experience in the fields of Architecture and Construction. He continues to build on his in depth knowledge of commercial construction with ongoing course work and third party certifications. Recently completed courses and certifications include: HAAG Engineering Commercial Roof Inspector, Spec Right Energy Assessment; Building Pathology: Roofs; Building Pathology: Parapets & Decks; Flexible Membranes: Edge Design; Flexible Membranes: Wind Load Design; Leak Detection Methods and Techniques; Vegetative Roof Assemblies; Green Design Sustainability & Measurement; Photovoltaics; Regenerative Design: Passive Solar Heating.

Christi Derdeyn
If you phone us at Arrington, it is likely Christi will be the first to greet you.  Christi serves as Office Manager, primarily responsible for customer service and accounting.  She is committed to our efforts to save money without sacrificing the high level of quality we have become known for. These savings and resources are passed on to our clients every day.  Christi also supports the team with her organizational skills to keep things running smoothly.  She is passionate about Arrington and our customers.

Peter Kane
Peter serves as our Assistant Production Manager.  He oversees scheduling of jobs and ensures proper communication between our salesmen, technicians and our customers.   Customer satisfaction is his top priority.   His goal is to make sure every customer is happy and nothing slips through the cracks.  Originally from Massachusetts and a recent Summa Cum Laude graduate of University of Dallas, Peter is proud now to call Dallas home
